In an industry where safety is critical,
RCS Construction, Inc. is committed to an accident-free
environment. The RCS management team audits all safety
issues continuously. We view safety as a priority, living
by the doctrine that “an
ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.
Simply put, safety is integrated into our workforce as
a mode of behavior and a way of life. Our EMR reflects
our daily commitment to a safe working environment. Incorporated
into our safety procedures are the following:
Training: OSHA 30 Hour for Construction,
HAZWOPER, CPR, as well as 25 additional mandated
training classes per individual employee.

in other fields of endeavor as needed.
Daily construction safety meetings
are protocol. Impromptu safety meetings are held on an
"as need basis".
Employees are encouraged to
cease all operations immediately if witnessing an unsafe
practice.
Employees are encouraged to
“just say no” to any practice that they feel
to be unsafe or compromising in any way.
Employees are encouraged to
partner with one another by looking up, below, and out
for each other.
Employee disciplinary policy
is in place for all unsafe practices.
New hire orientation including
safety instruction and indoctrination packets.
Immediate supervisor notification
of any accident or near accident mandates safety officer
intervention with relevant documentation.
Safety officer project
reviews and site visits to ensure that safety rules, procedures,
and guidelines are followed without exception.
