We require that they are uniquely qualified to perform their categorized items of work and are in good standing with their vendors and suppliers. Our subcontractors are bound by contract as well as verbal agreement to honor and exploit the same policies and behaviors that we are agreeable and signatory to, namely: safety, drug awareness, equal employment opportunity (non-discrimination), sexual harassment, and union contracts.
