Dear Mr. Yates,

Enclosed is a letter of recognition and a plaque from Shell Oil for your company’s 1993 safety performance at WRMC. All companies that worked at WRMC in excess of 1000 work hours and completed the year with a Recordable Injury Rate of 1.8 or better receive this award.

Bechtel would also like to thank you for your outstanding support in 1993 and continued support in 1994. Currently, we are working more hours with fewer injuries occurring than we have ever recorded. This success is in large part due to your support to the TSA (Task Safety Analysis) process. The fact that each craft person is participating each day with their supervisor and crew, planning their work and it’s successful, injury free completion has to be key in this performance.

Once again, your personal commitment and continuing efforts in this area has shown through in the past and, I am sure, will be in the future.
