Dear Terry:

I would like to extend my personal thanks to your construction project managers, carpenters, ironworkers, and laborers as well as the subcontractors, truck drivers, estimators, and office and shop staff that were responsible for completing the shutdown projects that were awarded to RCS Construction in December 2002. The project schedules were very tight and unforgiving yet the jobs were done according to the schedules and in a safe and efficient manner. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the RCS Construction work force and their attention to detail in each finished project.

The project to build a new foundation system for new equipment at three existing slitters was very challenging from the demolition all the way through to the finish slab pour. The project to rebuild acid containment piers and trenches became a much larger scope of work than anticipated due to the extent of the damage. The project to build a new bell anneal pit was completed according to plan and according to an aggressive accelerated schedule. The project to repair a sewer line grew to a small disaster, but the work did not stop until the job was complete just as Olin requested. The small jobs that seemed to come from all sides were all completed with proper paperwork in on time and correctly filled out.

The level of service you offered on these orders was outstanding. It is good to know that when schedules get crunched and obstacles are encountered, Olin can count on RCS Construction to provide timely, quality work.

Sincerely,
