Congratulations on your recent nomination for IDOT’s Contractor of the Year Awards. The nomination in the Outstanding Portland Cement Paving Contractor category was in recognition of the reconstruction and partial relocation of Hedge Road in Roxana. The nomination in the Outstanding Bridge Contractor – New Construction category was in recognition of construction of a structure carrying Culp Road over IL 255 at Bethalto.

Although these projects were not selected for awards, certificates recognizing your nominations are enclosed. The awards will be presented during the luncheon at the Associated General Contractors of Illinois’ annual meeting on December 7, 2004 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 3000 South Dirksen Parkway in Springfield. A large photo exhibit of all nominated projects will be set up for display before the luncheon. The exhibit provides everyone present an opportunity to see which contracts have been nominated for awards in nine different categories.
